Our frozen products warehouse is designed for 3,120 pallet spaces with constant temperature control from -18 to -22 C, which is optimal for storage of finished products.<\/p>\n

Having all the necessary equipment and machinery, we ensure responsible storage, correct re-weighing, placement, unloading and loading of your products. Careful maintenance of warehouse documentation. Our cold storage warehouses are properly secured, and the specialists, who work there, have extensive experience.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

We provide freezing services for customer-furnished raw materials according to customer specifications.<\/p>\n

Freezing of products occurs using the latest freezing method \u2013 Individual Quick Freezing (IQF) in a fluidization tunnel of shock freezing.<\/p>\n

The advantage of shock freezing is that it eliminates the formation of large ice crystals that affect the integrity of product tissues. Therefore, the finished product does not lose its beneficial properties and has the same taste as the fresh product. <\/p>\n

Dense plastic packaging is used for packaging frozen vegetables, fruits and berries. Freezer bags protect the contents from the formation of ice, frost, condensation during temperature changes and excessive moisture, and from damage to the marketable appearance. <\/p>\n

It is important to isolate frozen products from the external environment during transportation, storage at the point of sale and in freezer of the end user. The purpose of such containers is to preserve the tightness, taste and appearance of the fruit. <\/p>\n

Packaging is carried out on automatic and semi-automatic equipment. Dosage ranges from 0.3 kg to 2.5 kg. We pack frozen bulk food products (frozen berries, fruits and vegetables, pelmeni, varenyky, etc.).<\/p>\n

We provide services for cleaning of customer-furnished raw materials according to customer specifications.<\/p>\n

Modern technological lines provide polishing, sorting, grading, washing and peeling processes for onions, carrots, beets and potatoes, peppers, strawberries, blueberries, cherries, plums, apricots, etc. Our equipment has been carefully selected and adjusted in order to provide the highest quality service to the customer. The lines grade and sort products by diameter and length, and the qualified employees carry out the additional control. The raw materials are cleaned mechanically and manually. Onion tails may be cut off and strawberry stalks may be removed.<\/p>\n
